“We enjoyed our stay due to it being clean, accommodating our late evening arrival, the view from our room, a pet-friendly room and easy access to walking our dog outside. The breakfast was good for us, but not what we initially expected. You choose items the night before that are cold breakfast items like hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, bagels, etc and the staff has it all waiting in the lobby in a bag. It's easy to take to your room, but there is dining space to eat in as well. My only complaint was...

“We stay here a lot, and actually it is the only great place to stay in Coos Bay/North Bend area, sorry to say all other places are horrible. Edge Water is wonderful, clean, recently restored and ran by great caring people. We have had any issues or bad experience at Edge Water for years we've been staying.”

“Motel nella media, appena arrivato (dopo le 4:00 pm) la camera non era ancora stata pulita nonostante il check-in fosse alle 3:00! Quindi ho dovuto aspettare più di 30 minuti in auto che pulissero la camera. La camera seppur vecchia mi è piaciuta per la vista ma avendo pagato una camera con cucina mi aspettavo di poterla usare, invece sia il lavandino che la cucina erano rotti con tanto di cartello che vietava l’uso!! Assurdo!!!”

“Very clean room, cozy, and quiet. Housekeeping came everyday to replace towels and toiletries. Its a great place to stay right on the Oregon Coast, only minutes from Bandon beach!”

“I saw this place was rated 8.4 so figured it would be good. The whole area smells like fish including in the room. The walls are paper thin and could literally hear the guy next door farting. The bed was small and so was the tv. Overall just not great. ”

“You check in on line so there is no staff interaction. the room was clean, neat and cozy. The shower is small. You can hear someone walking around above because the floor creaks and the walls and floors are old and not insulated very well. Parking is available and the harbor shops and restaurants are close and within walking distance.”

“Door wouldn't shut had to put coffee bag in it keep it from rattling. Used staw s under both beds dusty and dirty. Did tell desk clerk when I checked out really poor breakfast . Would not stay there again.”

“I was lucky to get the same room as before. It’s decorated like a guest room at someone’s house and feels cozy! The shower is lovely, though the faucet takes a little thought to understand, it’s a great shower as motels go! Lots of nice little touches in the room (q-tips!), and you shouldn’t skip the coffee, the local brand Rayjen roasts locally, you can sometimes pick up some beans while they’re warm! It’s pretty clear that b.side is my go-to place when I visit, but if it’s all booked up next...

“Check-in takes place at a different hotel, a half-mile walk away. My room key stopped working, so I had to walk back there again. Breakfast is also served at that other hotel. There were ants in the room—probably due to the flower pots outside.”
